Kiss – Destroyer

1955 – Dee Snider is born.

1963 – Brett Michaels Of Poison is born.

1975 – Physical Graffiti debuted at number 1 on the US charts.  It would be the first released on Led Zeppelin’s Swan Songs imprint, and the double album would spend six weeks on top of the charts

1976 – Kiss release Destroyer.

1977 –Pink Floyd play their first of five sold out shows at Empire Pool, Wembley, London.

1988 –Mick Jagger’s first ever solo tour kicks off in Osaka, Japan.  On lead guitar was none other than Joe Satriani who credits the tour as saving his career.

2006 – Australia deems Bon Scott’s grave a heritage listing.

2014 – Stooges co-founder Scott Asheton dies of a heart attack.
